The suspense is now officially over. It is chicken feet that turn the Bone Broth into Super Bone Broth. Chicken feet. The feets of the chicken boys and girls. Now, don’t go gettin’ all grossed out. You may already be eating them in your fast food nuggets. Who knows what goes into those. So, We’ll eat fast food but we won’t simmer chicken feet for Bone Broth. I can sympathize with the first time user. I used to be one of the ones who was grossed out! Until I became sick I would have never dreamed of doing this task. But now I know better. I wish now that someone would have provided me this information before I was sick. If I knew what I know now I would not have undergone the ordeal and pain and suffering that I did. Prevention! WHY YOU SHOULD BE EATING CHICKEN FEET - Because your body needs lots of vitamins, trace minerals, collagen, and calcium. That’s why. It is, truly, nature’s super-supplement. Adding chicken feet to that Bone Broth ups the anty. Chicken feet are comprised of entirely bones, tendons, and cartilage. But what our bodies can pull from those feet nutritionally is pure magic. If you want to heal yourself from the outside in, start with chicken foot bone broth.
HOW TO PEEL CHICKEN FEET - We peel chicken feet for a couple of reasons. First, the chickens feet are dirty. Duh! They are barefoot. And thus, we peel. Second, the skin on the chicken feet can tend to give your Bone Broth a bad taste. And thus, we peel some more.
In a few weeks I will add a video on how to peel the chicken feet. There is a select skill set involved in this. The best way to have this task completed is to have your Mom do it.
